What happens at your visit

One honest conversation in your own backyard. Here’s exactly how it goes, start to finish.

  1. We measure the yard and listen

    We walk the backyard with you, check access for an excavator, look for the caliche and utilities that decide how a dig goes, and talk through how you actually want to use the pool - laps, a baja shelf for the kids, a spool off a tight side yard, a spa for year-round.

  2. We shape the plan with you

    We talk through the pool type that fits your lot and the features that matter to you - a baja shelf for the kids, a spa for year-round, water and fire features for the evenings. We also flag the permits and HOA review we will handle for you, so the plan is one we can actually build.

  3. You get a 3D concept in about a week

    We turn the visit into a 3D rendering you can walk around - shape, decking, features, and the view from inside the house. You revise it until it’s right. Nothing gets quoted or signed until the design is one you actually approve.
